Where are my pictures?
If you did not receive a direct link to your gallery, you can find it by searching by the EVENT ID.  On the Home page, look for the section called "Find My Photos".  Search by the EVENT ID for the event you are looking for.  This is usually the Groom's last name followed by Day, Month, Year in 2 digit format.  

For example:  JOHNSON091016


What is "My Photos"?

My Photos are galleries that have restricted access that you have access to (previously entered EVENT ID). You should sign up for an account if you'd like for the site to remember the galleries you have access to.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself. 


I can't seem to log in. 
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, you can access the "Forgot Password" function by clicking on the "Log In" link in the upper left hand corner of the top menu.


Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart? 
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account. 


Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No.


I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
You have 2 options for accessing a gallery if you have the EVENT ID.  From the Home page you can use the "Find My Photos" search box.  Alternatively you can select "Client Galleries" from the top menu, then find the correct gallery by navigating to the correct section.  Clicking on the gallery will prompt for the Password/EVENT ID.  If you've done this correctly, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listed in My Photos. 


If I place an order, how long will it take to arrive?

Generally orders placed on a weekday will be printed and shipped 2-3 days after the order payment has been processed successfully. All loose print orders are shipped from our Professional Lab based in Kansas, so transit time varies by destination. Other items such as Fine Art Gallery Wraps, Fine Art MetalPrints, and other non-photographic print products may take up to 1 week to manufacture prior to shipment. You will receive an email update with related tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped. Any questions can be directed to orders@johnandrewsphotography.com.
